Cancellation Policy
We’re excited to work with you and help you elevate your brand! To ensure we provide the best service possible, please review our booking policy: 1. Booking Confirmation All appointments must be booked through our website or confirmed via email. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the booked service. 3. Late Arrivals We value your time and ours. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Appointments will be held for up to 10 minutes. After that time, we may need to reschedule or shorten the session while still charging the full-service fee. 4. No Shows No-shows will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. We understand emergencies, so if something unexpected comes up, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 5. Payment Policy Payments must be paid in full to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due at the start of the session. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or through our website’s checkout. 6. Refunds Due to the nature of our services, refunds are unavailable once a session has been completed. We aim to deliver the highest quality and value, so if you are unsatisfied, please let us know, and we’ll work to make it right. 7. Confidentiality All information shared during your session is strictly confidential. We respect your privacy and will never share your details without consent.
